Q. I am a 30 year old engineer & project manager. I am responsible for running outages in power plants. I can't stop worrying about work. I have a terrible problem dealing with the politics at my job. It is very easy for me to get spun up over things. I don't know how to act when political situations arise, so I clam up, don't say anything then afterwards I am frustrated that I let the other person win, politically speaking. I have a good support network with my immediate peers and even by boss is willing to listen to me but they say all the same thing "you gotta let i go, you can't take it home." It's easy to say "you can't take it home with you", but the emotions you experience from something that happened are still with you. It's not easy. Just ask yourself what you can do to remedy the issue. If there is nothing than don't worry so much about it. Worrying doesn't help solve anything. A lot of people are stubborn, ignorant, and can be cold at times. You can't fix that. All you can do is assume control of your own emotional state. Album is 'Its Been A Long Long Time". - searched local record stores amongst the 60's compilations. - tried online - have been previously lucky finding obscure tracks on vinyl being sold by specialist stores, with two outstanding stores in London and Wellington. They have helped me - finding several really oddball tracks.
