A handcart is pulled or pushed by one or more people. It is different from a dray or wagon, which is a heavy transport vehicle with four wheels and normally at least two horses, which in turn is different from a carriage, which is used exclusively for transporting humans. The restriction of "carts" to two wheels has become less strictly observed since they were commonly horse-drawn, particularly for those pushed by people. First you need to clean all and i mean all the corrosion off the cables and battery post use a wire brush, screwdriver, knife or whatever it takes to get it. Then clean it with baking soda and water can also be used . After the cables are clean and tight on the post cote them with dielectric grease or grease used for electric connections.
