For example, a flat in Sarria (one of the poshest areas in Barcelona), of, let's say three bedrooms, two bathrooms would be around 2000/4000 per month. But if you go to Les Corts (ok, not posh, near Camp Nou) the rent would be around 650/1500 . I bet Madrid has similar prices.
